By downloading, accessing, or using the Plan It Now app (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

Plan It Now app is a productivity application that allows users to create and manage daily task lists (the “Service”). We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. User Account
Registration: To access features, you will need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update this information as needed.

License: By submitting User Content, you grant Plan It Now app a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
– Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
– Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the App.
– Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
– Violate any applicable law or regulation.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plan It Now app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plan It Now app and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
